Holly Cottage is a stunning detached thatched cottage that comes well-
equipped with modern comforts on the doorstep of Britain’s iconic Jurassic coast. This beautiful cottage boasts a flexible configuration of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for large and multigenerational groups. 


Generous bedrooms which include an en-suite master bedroom. On the ground floor, Bedroom 4 doubles as a flexible guest or workspace, featuring a double sofa bed, TV, and desk. (Please note: the sofa bed is made up only upon request for groups of 5 or fewer; additional charges apply.) Adjacent are the utility room and a convenient wet room/WC.

is fully equipped including a nespresso coffee machine. 

There is a gas fired stove to snuggle around for those wetter, windier days, as well as a 60 inch flat screen Smart TV and Bose sound system for music.


Outside, a pretty enclosed garden awaits — complete with lawn, patio, wood-burning BBQ, and plenty of comfortable seating for summer evenings. 


At the front, there’s private off-street parking for up to three cars and an EV charger.
